AeroClave: Airborne Solutions
AeroClave was founded in 2003 for the purpose of developing, manufacturing, and selling a system capable of decontaminating full commercial and military aircraft from pandemic-producing viruses and other disease-causing pathogens
Parallel to the development of full-aircraft decontamination capabilities, AeroClave devised a suite of systems used to decontaminate interiors of large and small aircraft. Adopted by MROs, corporate fleets, and air ambulances services, AeroClave equipment is used every day to decontaminate sensitive surfaces between flights.
AeroClave recommends the use of Vital Oxide™, an EPA registered hospital disinfectant which is non-toxic and environmentally friendly. Vital Oxide™ also meets Boeing standard D6-7127 Revision P Cleaning Interiors of Commercial Transport Aircraft. Alternative disinfectants may also be used through AeroClave systems.
